We build Android apps, publish them, maintain them, and monetize them with in-app advertising, then share the resulting ad revenue with the publishing partner whose Google Play developer account distributes them. Our services include, but are not limited to:

• Design and development of Android applications
• Publishing, release management and store listing of those applications through the partner Google Play developer account
• Ongoing maintenance, updates and Google Play policy compliance for the lifetime of each application
• In-app advertising setup, ad mediation and eCPM optimisation
• Performance analytics, earnings statements and revenue-share reporting

3. User Obligations

3.1 Account Information

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information about your Google Play Console account and maintain the security of your account credentials.

3.2 Compliance

You must comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and Google Play policies. You are responsible for ensuring your apps and content meet all platform requirements.

3.3 Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Use our services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Violate Google Play Developer Policy
• Engage in fraudulent activities or misrepresent information
• Share your account access with unauthorized parties
• Attempt to reverse engineer or disrupt our services

4. Service Availability

While we strive to provide continuous service availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Services may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or technical issues.

5. Payment Terms

Service fees will be communicated clearly before any work begins. Payment terms and methods will be specified in your service agreement.

5.2 Revenue Sharing
